A discussion arose and I would like, and value your opinions, as this is something which has not occurred to me.
The discussion surrounded when is the time to ask someone about their injury or why they are in the chair. Personally, I do not ask this question upon immediately meeting a person as I feel the issue is rather moot and they can disclose based on their comfort level with me.
What are your opinions, or what are you comfortable with? How do you prefer someone you have never met before address this?
