Where all the cool wheelchair people hang out

Hi all,
I just registered today and frankly I’m looking for a bit of advice. My sister, after a snow skiing accident, became blind and a c6/c7 quad. She is in excellent spirits and eager to press forward. I’m working to come up with a workable system that allows her independent access to basic computer functions; email, forums, calender and then more from there.
I’ve struck out in finding a screen reading/voice recognition pairing that seems likely to work. She can’t use her hands and has zero vision. Perhaps I don’t need to reinvent the wheel?
I would love to hear from anyone with suggestions or experience in totally hands free/no site access. Is there anyone on the forum accessing the web using this type of access now?
Cheers,
Brian
