Breastfeeding in public should be banned.
These mums think they have a god given right to flop their titties out anywhere they like… Hell why wait till you have a rug rat. Why don’t all chicks just let em’ hang out. Why ? because it’s not suitable public behaviour. Neither is brestfeeding scratching your nuts pickin your arse or your nose. Especialy in that order. They should all be banned.

I asked my missus to never breastfeed in public.
She agreed “It’s a personal thing” she said. She hated the look people gave her when she had to. Mostly other women giving her dissaproving glares.

as a certain person knows my attitude to breast feeding you can breatsfeed in public and no one knows it has been proven over and over again and if your baby is hungry then you feed him/her wherever you are and not a person has to know or see anything

lol. Is ironic how women want to vote drink in public bars and wear the pants but when it comes to things like public behaviour and true equality for the sexes they turn around and claim women deserve special priveleges.

So we want our cake and eat it to, why not ? 9 x out of 10 we cooked it !

Breastfeeding should be allowed in public … the little critters should be able to eat when and where they want.. and before you have a go, just think about your own right to eat and drink where and when you like…. just because your older doesn’t make you any more valuable as a person than a young’un.
Since when were boobs classed as offensive ???? Bet they aren’t when you blokes go to the strip clubs now hey??

Thank you sexpistol. wasnt going to get involved with this one as I have discussed this to length with the author on many pm. Not until you are a mother or parent can one judge another. If a baby has to eat he has to eat, as well as the Mother has to feed right there and then. After all we were created with breasts to feed babies, not for any other reasons.

Ban them.
A glimpse or suggestion can be more provocative than full nudity.

He makes a valid point.. sort of.
I find a honey in lingerie sexier than full nudity. Usually.

I think you guys are getting away from the point its not about sex or being turned on by seeing a bare boob its about feeding a hungry baby and i want to know do you guys get turned on by seeing that or do you see it for what it exactly is. i for one have never had a male refer to it as a sexual thing and i have fed my baby in some very male oriented places eg a soccer carnival for over 40s in the middle of the team tent and to be honest most didnt even know i was doing it

Men don’t want to see it full stop.
It’s a blow to our phsychy that these wondeful fruits from the gods could have any other purpose than erotic pleasure. Don’t shatter our already fragile illusions in this time of already crumbling sexual morals.
Set the puppies free at the footy by all means. But only cause you’re streaking across the field. Wanna feed, then do like everyone else and get in a que to the appropriate stall.

Here we go again. A T V programme down here in Aus land, had a women panelist breastfeeding on TV, she did to prove a point and has caused comments on local current affairs programmes. The discussion last night ,could have been taken from this forum. So the debate goes on.
-
September 19, 2003 at 01:25 #8576Graham – AdminKeymaster
I saw that programme Mish Mash. Like I’ve been saying, there’s a time and a place. Live on national TV is not the time or the place. That brain dead, set jewellery, apologised for having a baby?!?! What an imbecile.

Go repoman you good thing. Nice to see a guy who isn’t afraid to say it how it is.
The way I see it is everyone has the freedom to do as the please – and if you have a problem with a mother feeding their child in public then dont look!!

You won’t believe how many women I’ve noticed breastfeeding lately. And I sadly admitt to seeing it differently, some, a little, it’s like some women just seem to make a stage production out of it. Or could it be this thread playing with my mind ? lol.
-
September 27, 2003 at 09:36 #8590sexpistol77Member
right on Felicity. Its just like when you buy a new car or bike. All of a sudden, you seem to notice the same models on the road…. Strange that… must be a part of the human psyche that is triggered to remember similar things to that which is foremost in your mind…..
wow never thought I could spruik stuff that deep!

Hello, I’ve just come here and saw this subject. *S* As a Mother of two, I fully understand that if your baby is hungry and you are breastfeeding then of course you feed the child.
I have to say though, that some women seem to make a huge deal about it and in a way I think is inappropriate. There is no reason why, if you need to feed in a public area, you can’t find somewhere a little discreet or at the very least, make yourself discreet.
I’m no prude..not at all….but I’m thinking for instance of that woman on the Panel the other week….to me, that was unneccessary. If the baby needed feeding she ought to have gone out back and fed it. *shrug* Times and places…….. and perhaps a little consideration to others?
-
September 30, 2003 at 05:34 #8593AnonymousInactive
Nice name FreeSpirit ((hugs)) I think your right, discreetly is fine.
