i give a big + to Qantas i sent an email to them requesting info as to how to purchase another Qantas cap for my son, his present one is falling apart ( he is obsessed with Qantas and there is no way I would be able to get him on any other aircraft ) so i was very pleasantly surprised when i received an email back to say if i supplied my address they would send a cap for him free of charge. actualy i think they should employ my son to do adds for them he already tells everyone that they are the safest airline to travel on lol

Thats good of them. I guess they realise how much advertising and good pr will come from keeping a fan happy. What would a cap cost? $20 ? wait for a few weeks then ask for a keyring, a few more weeks the coffee mug, shirt, uniform, captians wings, before you know it he’ll be flying the 707 Airbus.

Cool Cat.
Doesn’t Quantas boast a spotless safety record ?
That must have been one well written persuasive email. :) -

I just want to say I had to spend over 6 hours in the emergency section of the Royal Brisbane Hospital last night and with alot of bad publicity about hospitals lately I want to say that they were terrific from the young lady at the counter to the nurses and doctors and the social worker, Hans, thankyou very much for making a difficult situation bareable.

Heh, I’ve been in and thankfully out of many hospitals, RBH has always been good. Only had one really bad experience and that was the doctor not the hospital.

Must say I agree would travel an hour to visit RBH before going back to local hospital. I take my hat off to all the staff a RBH may they keep up the good work.
