Hello my name is Cc. I meet Croc Hunter on another board. He is helping me with my women’s website message board. He is such a wonderful guy(yes you are!)! We got to talking and he learned about my fibromyalgia and said I was welcome to post here. He told me what a wonderful group is here and I thought I would come on in :)
About Cc:
I am married 23 and I live in Dallas, Tx. I have been officially diagnosed with FM for a little more than two years. I have a wonderful husband who does all he can for me. Even though is tries he doesn’t quite understand because he hasn’t experienced anything like it. I have two Boston Terriers. Missy She is one and a half and Pacey he is 7months. Missy is littlerly a genius and Pacey is pretty bright himself. When we got Missy I was shocked how much she helped me with my illness. She and I understand each other. The dog is so smart she trains us. She comes up with signals when she wants/needs certain things(with a head tilt, foot stomp, sound, etc.)and she will keep doing it until we figure out what she means. She will do that signal each time she wants /needs whatever it comes to mean. Instead of moping about my change of my life I started to look at things with a glass half full attitude. I was that way before I got sick . I highly recommend Boston Terriers for people who need to heal. They are a great breed of dog. I am not saying other breeds are not. Before I experienced animals helping you when you are sick I didn’t really think they could do as much as it has for me.
Well that is all I have time for tonight(Dallas time 7:02). More work to be done on my site :D

Welcome SassyCc :D
Croc is right the people here are fantastic. Your puppies sound very cute. I had a gorgeous little tan staffordshire pup who would curl up and sleep under my wheelchair wherever I went. She, Tess smelt like hamburgers.
I only had her a week when my sister ran her over. -

Hello CC & welcome.
I love animals – I use to breed maltese terriors, they’re really cute. At the moment there are no animals in my life (well, no four legged ones anyway). Hope you enjoy the forum as much as I am.

Thank you everyone for the warm replies.
Graybags that is so sad about your little staffordshire. I hope you are able to get another little fury friend.
Cat I understand what you are saying. We have 5 cats and our two Boston’s.I love Rots they are so pretty! If I could handle a big dog I would have got my husband a boxer they are his other favorite dog.
Missy thinks I am her baby. In fact she thinks she is the mother of the house. She is younger than all the cats and she mothers them. If the cats are playing and one cries out she steps in and makes them stop, lol. When I am sick she lays on my pillow or top of the couch and cudles me and licks my hair, lol.
I will be sure to let you know when the site is up and running. I am working on the message board right now trying to think of forum topics and looking for graphics etc.
Croc that is a great trick!
Tamstar those are cute dogs also! We are going to stud our boy but I bet it will only be once after I see the puppies. We at least want to get a puppy from Pacey’s geenes.
If anyone would like to see a pic of my Boston’s go here http://www.instylephotography.net and click on prices. They are on the top of that page. Pacey(7 months) the boy is the one laying down on the left. Missy(one year and a half) the girl is the one sitting up on the right.

Hi Cc and Welcome.
Jeez, you want to talk about animals….. Horses, Jack Russel terrier, Aussie Terrier, pet tree frogs that live in my orchard, a mob (about 30) wallabies and kangaroos that visit every dawn and dusk, two carpet snakes that keep the cane toad population down, a pair of nesting plovers, a possum that steals leftovers and a family of Huntsman spiders as big as your hand…. Good thing is… that my kids love all of em. Best therapy for anything I reckon!
Enjoy the postings of this amazing plethora of personalties…! 8)

Hi,
New today 5/7/05. Great to read the friend chatter. I’d kill to have a dog but am restricted to goldfish. No way you can take a goldfish for a walk let alone teach it to get a beer.:)
