I desperately need your input

hi. Ive had a suprapubic cath for about 6 wks with nothing but problems. The worst yet is happening. I get a build up of pressure and i can actually pee normally. But it starts to come out very painfully and then something (tip of cath maybe) blocks it and it stops. If i pee the pressure and pain lessens for a couple hr and then it builds up again and i hav to pee. Its so painful i hav been in teers on the toilet. Ive been in and out of the doctor but they cant find anything wrong. My bag is still draining and filling as i go through all this. Please please please reply if u hav any idea why this is happening and how i can make it stop. I figure people actually living it know more than doctors sometimes.
