here is another attempt

to get the rays lol i cheated and went to paintshop see that program does have its advantages sometimes lol apparently you can do it in photoshop but it is a few steps and i dont know how

In paintshop pro goto affects> illumination > sunburst, then make the burst how you want

I just discovered something interesting, you can have both paintshop pro and photoshop open and copy and paste from one program to the other.

hey graybags have you tried the exploding affect yet cause i found that you cant use the 6 pixel setting they say to use its too blurry then and you loose too much
