I hope this is finding whomever reads this well ! I apologize if this seems ignorant but I had some questions about lateral tilt wheelchairs and wanted to start a discussion with anyone who uses them or a caregiver who has had interaction with them.
I am doing research on the use of the lateral tilt wheelchair and I can not find anything online that shows the LATERAL (right/left) tilting aspect as its a bit different then a regular tilt wheelchair. I’m looking into the gunnell kidster with lateral tilt option. Would anyone mind sharing their experience with me? Ease of use, how does it fold up, move, etc? Do you find it beneficial ? How does it steer?
