Where all the cool wheelchair people hang out

Anyone else out there spent sleepless nights due to leg spasms? I get them in my ankles. They go on until I finally have to stand up next to the bed and let the blood flow the other way. I then quickly get back into bed and try to fall asleep before they start up again. SO AGGRAVATING!! Recently, I’ve found that compression socks are a great help. I wear them when I settle down at night. I know a lot of people take baclofen for spasms, however, no amount of meds have ever conquered these beastly spasms in over 20 year of trying everything on the market. It is truly the only part of my disability that gives me the blues. My only SCI friend is a para complete and doesn’t get spasms. I need to commiserate!
