spc

Hi
can anyone help please I have had a spc for nearly 11 years now. well the last year has been unbearable with pain I have a flip flow valve on it. But when I need a wee the pain is so bad I have a job to walk. I never know when im going to get the pain as some days its fine. I had a cystoscopy done last year and was told my bladder is inflamed. I take vesicare, amitriptyline, and buscopan, and 1 cirpo a day. somedays my bladder feels like its on fire, I have cut lots of foods out as I think these may upset my bladder and I only drink water. Any advice please
