Click hold and drag layers if you need to re-arange them. The one at the top of the layers pallete is.. well.. ontop. Also click on the eye symbol to hide or show a layer.
I think you are overlooking something. I’m a very handsome, fit, caring, respectable person with 11 billion dollars. We fly anywhere we like in our private jet often taking friends and family to romantic and wild places. We live excessive lives but are very comfortable and down to earth. We have a large boat fully staffed, a beamer each and several houses spotted around the globe.

Sure Cat. A simple 50% clear coloured line border?.
Open your image> layer> new> layer, type 50 on “Opacity”> Ok.
Select the pencil tool (may be under brush tool) and choose the brush size. The first dot is one pixel wide and they get bigger from there.
Select the colour you want. Zoom in to a corner of the image. Click in the corner. scroll to the next corner hold shift and click in the corner. Repeat that around your image then check it out.
*double click the layer in layer palette to adjust the 50% opacity.
*click and drag layers if need to keep border on top.
Yeah.. me to Mish.. sure something more would’ve come of it if I had of said something more or acted on impulse. Ah.. that was a long time ago. I do still wonder what she’s up to these days.
It may just be a guy thing but I fall in lust easily.. there is a big difference. Sometimes I’ll see a hard calf muscle, a glance, a smile, a nice pair of hooters and bling bling.. but never entertain the thought for long before reality sets in.
