That’s not good Graybags. I would be trying to find a way to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

    Heat Exhaustion:

      Fever above 101
      Cool, moist skin
      Headache
      Pale skin
      Irrational behavior
      Nausea, Vomiting
      Unconsciousness

    Heat Stroke:

      Fever above 104
      Dry, hot and red skin
      Dark urine
      Extreme confusion
      Rapid breathing
      Rapid, weak pulse
      Seizures
      Small pupils
      Unconsciousness

Consequences of heat stroke may include cramping, headache, brain damage, kidney failure and death. Like Mish Mash said you should drink plenty of water and eat a good variety of foods to replace lost salts.

I do buy some useless junk, I must admit. I’m not talking about abb machines, or sun catchers. Often I’ll buy exactly what is needed but then it breaks in no time and becomes useless junk.. Love smoothies but the last blender I bought blew up after 3 uses.

If I make the effort to dress nice, drive to the mall, park, fight with a trolley and dodge shoppers, of course I’ll take a good look around while there to make it worthwile. I usually take a good look around first to compare prices before buying anything. Not that I’m cheap just don’t want to buy from rip off merchants.
