I know there isnt a right answer, and Im not sure theres any answer, but what do you say to a close frined w an SCI and a severe TBI when those dark moments close in and they think they cant go on? I listen, I try to give advice, a hug etc but I truly cant say the condition will get better because after 9 years.. we’re pretty much stuck. The dark times aren’t all the time but when they are darkest I feel helpless. Any suggestions??
