      How do you stop them?. I should add that this dog is ours (well the kids here) so the big green needle is out of the question. what can I do to shut it up?. He’s driving us nut’s.

      or you can go to the expence of getting a citronella spray that releases everytime they bark lol or sit there with a spray bottle, they dont like citronella

      They can do surgery if it’s a serious problem.

      Re Barking dogs. something usefull. depending on the age of your dog if its a pup ignorance is the only answer pups are like babies when they yelp if you go out theyll continue to do it. If this is an older dog hes prbably bored and they have lots of interesting interactive toys now days. Most staff at pet shops can help you with this. GOOD LUCK (LOL)

      True. I know he’s bored. If they had a better fence he’d be ok. Chaining a dog to a post all day is cruel I think but he runs away. They found him tied to the front gate with a nasty threatening note once already. Toys and bones don’t work, or shoes, a broom, dolls, a pillow, plastic bucket, plants, anything in reach. The citroenella may work to stop barking, but he’ll still run away. The big green needle is ineviteable.

      Try a shelter first.

      I agree with Felicity thats cruel graybags I to love dogs in fact I now have a 2 month old border collie kelpie x he drives me nuts but I love him to bits and hes so intelegent in fact I reckon hes got more intelegence in one paw than my husband has all together lol
