  whats an easy way to totaly change one colour picture (only one colour) to a totaly diff colour in a gif file in photoshop

  Paintbucket tool – it may be in with the gradient tool. To get a better range of colours you might want to convert the image to RGB Mode first. Image> Mode> RGB.
