Ok, seems that this group of posters is into everything that is on the rim….
Most extreme adventure moment ????
I start off….
Abseiling down a 200 metre cliff – face first!
I dont think you can say this is an extreme adventure but I had to deal with an axe welding drug crazed young man in my driveway for 2 and a half hours it was pretty extreme to me
Sounds full on to me..
What did you do to resolve the issue?
Hard to pick one…
When I jumped my old Ford Falcon Xc Dukes of Hazzard style. The first thing that hit the road was the rear bumper bar it got torn off. The front end popped out when it slamed down and the fuel tank ruptured. Even the rear view mirror fell off speakers fell out of the doors.
Was like slow motion.
Talked him down and he ended up crying in my arms for help
Does outrunning an avalanche on a snow ski count.
They call it white thunder as it’s so loud. I was so flip’in out.
Re: Cat
What is it with men and dangerous sharp things ??
Or dangerous fast things ???
Was camping with an old boyfriend and he cut his toe off with an axe.
Showing off of course.
Felicity, an axe?? What on Earth was going on? As for the avalanche… cool! give details of which slope and what was goin’ thru your mind! :!:
I got booked for speeding on my pushbike. 68 kph in a 60 zone that was pretty extreme. Dam coppers.

It was a long time ago up near Vancover Canada I remember thinking “just don’t fall off.. just don’t fall off” 2 of our group got half burried but were fine. I’ve never been back on a snow ski.
