  As some of you guys know I just got back from a week at Tannum Sands.
  It was excellent, well, apart from one little incident.
  
  We were cruising along a bush track when I spotted a couple of kangaroo’s off in the scrub. I took a hard left in my powerchair and shot off in hot pursuit to get a photo. Down through the mallee swamp I flew ducking low branches pushing through the spear grass on the other side. Determined not to let the pack bound out of site that was until I hit quicksand!!. Down she went to the axels. Some 200 meters in sitting waiting for my friend to come push me out.
  
  Was then I noticed I must have hit a green ants nest coming through the swamp. Now these aren’t normal house ants who happen to be green. The northern green ant is as long as your thumbnail and as vicious as a Tiapan when stirred. They bite repeatedly moving along your skin, when you try to brush them off they spray acid over their head onto the bite tracks just to let you know they mean business. “Heeellpp!!” I yelled. By the time my friend got me out she was suitably unimpressed. The roo’s got away.

  Yep, I’m coming too next time, nice beach – I dont want the ants though either thanks.

  Can’t see the piks man. Gosh I had goose bumps reading about it.
  My brothers ducks got hit on the head in the hail storm the other night, one died, lucky hail wansn’t part of it for your roo shoot too!

  this is not the Graymar we know and love …
  
  what I would give to have a holiday on the beach right now….. maybe another viewing of the Indy girls might tide me over till another day….

  Ahh, yes the Indy girls, I’ve been looking for a pair of the black & white bikines that Miss Indy was wearing (you know the chequered ones) but cant find any – maybe there will be some at the coast next week when I visit.
