Where all the cool wheelchair people hang out
Home › Forum › Disability Services › News Media and Mad Spaz Club Events › New Wheelchair Magazine (based on Cosmo)
Hey everyone,
I’m a reporter currently working with a team of journalists to produce a magazine aimed solely at female wheelchair users from over the age of 18.
Our concept is to create a magazine like Cosmopolitan with all the aspects of a monthly female glossy, but to make it more relevant to wheelchair users. For example in terms of fitness, health, fashion, sex and relationships and we include a City Spotlight section which reviews two cities a month, with the best bars/clubs/restuarant/hotels to go to for disabled people.
We’re currently trying to write articles on sex and relationships, so if anybody at all could tell me anything about any sexual experiences or relationships, I’d really, really appreciate it. Any stories are welcome, we’re just looking for both a serious and light-hearted feature about sexual relationships in a wheelchair and finding love.
Thanks in advance for any help at all you can give,
Megan.
