SPC and ongoing UTI’s

  Hi there,
  Hubby is still getting ongoing uti’s he had catheter change last Tuesday and did a dipstick test today and positive for Nitrites and Leukocytes. We also discovered that the Bardex I.C.Aquafill with silver alloy catheter ordered at hospital and told to change every 8 weeks is only for 28 days use No wonder he is having ongoing UTI’s..!!!!
  
  Now busy phoning around to see if this can be remedied asap!!
