Where all the cool wheelchair people hang out

I am currently caring for a man who had a C4 incomplete injury in May of this year. He currently has a severe wound on his back, it is running right next to his spine. We are trying to keep the pressure reduced on the injury and the spine, but everything we try makes him more uncomfortable.
He has been to a seating clinic where they have done some pressure mapping and they say there is no pressure, but that is only in the position he is currently seated in at the clinic. He seams to slide down in his chair throughout the day.
I am open to any and all suggestions,
Thanks
