Where all the cool wheelchair people hang out
Home › Forum › General Chit-Chat › General Discussion › wheelchairs in clubs and bars
Hi guys,
I would just like to find out from those of you that go to clubs and bars and similar places of entertainment, what physical aspects of going to these places puts you off.
I’m not disabled but I have a friend that is in a wheelchair and we go out to clubs and stuff often. Besides the absence of ramps I’ve always notice that the chairs at the tables are always higher than the wheelchair so it makes it harder to hear and have conversations with him.
I’m asking just to get a better perspective of what its like for him.
Thanks :)
